Common questions

When will these be delivered?
If you order before 26th November your letters will not be posted until the 27th November to ensure a start of December delivery.
How quickly are the letters delivered
The letters are processed and sent out within 24 hours of purchase and are sent via 1st class Royal Mail post which is usually next day delivery but with the Christmas rush it can take longer.
Why do you wait 24 hours to process the order
We manually review the letters for any obvious errors or spelling mistakes and we will phone you to run through any problems we identify. These checks are not fool proof and we ask that you review any letter as no refunds can be offered for errors on the letters that you have inputted.
I have placed an order but now I want to order more, can I still use the bulk discount
It is the season of giving, so yes, you can order more, please order the letters as normal and then email us at elves@santaschristmasletter.co.uk with your order numbers and we will refund the difference. The billing card must be the same on each order.
When is the last order date
The last day of ordering is midnight on 18th December. This allows us to carry out the checks and post before Royal Mail’s last posting deadline. This date is subject to change pending any industrial action from Royal Mail.
What if I don’t receive my letter
Please let us know as soon as possible on elves@santaschristmasletter.co.uk so that we can send a replacement letter out. Because we do not use a tracked service with Royal Mail we are unable to tell you when you will receive the letter after we have posted it.
What if I want to amend my order?
Because of the turnaround time we have to ship the letters to you, the window for changes is small, but not impossible. You will have until 10am the morning after you ordered to make any changes. Please email elves@santaschristmasletter.co.uk with the email you used for the order, your order reference and the changes that you want to make.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, but we need to know before 10am the morning after you ordered otherwise the letter would have gone to production and we will be unable to offer a refund at this time.
